The Teahouse Cottage

Escape to the simple elegance of the Orient replete with an antique Japanese tansu dresser, kimonos and slippers.

The cottage will accommodate up to 4 persons. This is a "studio cottage" (no separate bedrooms), with a small kitchenette. Rate: $120 per night, double occupancy, (multiple night rate). $15 ea. additional person. (Single night stay + $20). Basic Breakfast Fixings included.

Photo of Hale Lehua Enter your French doors passing Bali masks, a Thai Buddha, and lighted spirit house. The Teahouse also features a cedar exterior with fir flooring, a pine cathedral ceiling, area rugs and a Koa and marble fireplace surround. The mini kitchen is hidden behind a louvered door.

The full private bath with tub/shower has a large skylight. Your Queen bed is adorned with a "Kyoto" style comforter in a bamboo design; the living area rattan in Bird of Paradise. There is also a double futon couch/bed.

Amenities include ceiling fans, tropical flower arrangements, remote controlled fireplace (from bed), phone, CD player, VCR and electric BBQ on request.

The view from your "wall of windows" is of the 'heavenly' gardens with a rainforest backdrop.

The cottage comes complete with terry cloth robes and slippers for your comfort and warmth in Volcano's cool mountain air.

DEPOSIT: All reservations require a deposit equal to one night's lodging for stays up to 4 nights and $200 on stays 4 nights and longer, the balance is due upon arrival.

We accept cash, personal checks, and traveler's checks only.

Management reserves the right to cancel reservations after 8 days if not secured by receipt of deposit.

TWO NIGHT MINIMUM.

RATE: $120 / night. Additional persons $15 per night per person. Singles, weekly and monthly rates available. All rates are subject to current State of Hawaii taxes.

Cancellation policy:
$20 administrative charge for all cancellations.
Full deposit forfeited if cancellation is less than two weeks prior to scheduled arrival.
