* No Charge / full refund of deposit if cancelled at least two weeks prior to arrival.  If cancelled less than two weeks in advance full payment is due for any days we can not re-book to someone else..       
Reservations for 4 days or more have a 30 day  cancellation period.

Smoking / Pets:

The Volcano Cottage is a non-smoking vacation home.  No pets are allowed.
