For stays of 3 nights or more we will be happy to provide some complimentary breakfast fixings for your use.  ( This is Volcano Lodging's gift to you) . 
Breakfast fixings may include coffee, tea, hot chocolate, pancake mix, syrup, bread / bagels, eggs, butter / jam, juice, etc.  ( exact items may vary depending on local availability). 
There are always fresh tropical flowers in the house for your enjoyment.

Deposit / Payment:

Credit card # to guarantee reservation ( or one night deposit check). Payment is due upon arrival.  We prefer payment by check upon arrival, but you can also pay by Credit Card ( Visa, MC, Amex ),  traveler's check, or cash 

Cleaning Fee:

NONE with 3 day minimum stay.
$50 for single or two night stays.

Cancellation
Policy:

14 days 
* No Charge / full refund of deposit if cancelled at least two weeks prior to arrival.  If cancelled less than two weeks in advance full payment is due for any days we can not re-book to someone else..       
Reservations for 4 days or more have a 30 day  cancellation period.
