These candied Macadamia
Nuts are soooo.. delicious.. we are making them with an
old-world recipe that we brought back from our home-town in
Germany. Our Macadamia Nuts are first dry roasted and
then hand-candied in a 1 pound batch, one at a time.
As soon as the macadamia nuts are cool enough to handle we
package them in our crystal clear cello bags so seal in the
fresh roasted candied flavor, so when you open the package
they will be as good as on the day we made them. We
then package this treat in a beautiful premium high-gloss
gift box , a gold label , and attach a gorgeous gold ribbon.
