Kazumura Lava Tube is the longest known lava tube in the world. Your friendly and knowledgeable guide will reveal Pele’s darkest secrets to you. Marvel at stacked lava rooms, soda straws, vermiforms, dribble spires, lava blades, lava sickles, vaulted rooms and more!
This awesome adventure requires climbing steep ladders and navigating rough terrain. Must be 8 yrs. old and wear long sleeve shirts, long pants and hiking boots or tough tennis shoes. Two daily tours at and 10:30 am and 2 pm accept Sundays. To preserve the pristine nature of the caves, photos are allowed but there is a strict no eating, no smoking, no touching and no taking policy.
