| We ship most items in FLAT RATE Postal
Service Priority Mail Boxes with Delivery Confirmation Receipt .
Additionally we charge $1.00 for the Postal Service
Delivery Confirmation and a $2.00 Handling Fee per Package ( total
of $3.00) in addition to standard Postal Service Flat Rate Box
Pricing. Flat Rate Box Rates are subject to change in
accordance to regular U.S. Postal Service increases. Small Flat Rate Box: $8.95
Medium Flat Rate Box: $13.95
Large Flat Rate Box: $17.95
Shipment to the continental
U.S. generally takes 3-5 days, Interisland 1-2 days.
If your order contains
chocolate items ( IE: Original Hawaiian Chocolate, Chocolate
Truffles, Chocolate Covered Macadamia Nuts), your order will be
shipped 2nd day FEDEX.
Upon receipt of your order
we will personally contact you to let you know the shipping
cost for your approval prior to shipping.

shopping cart, change an item, or remove an item by clicking on the

ready to checkout you will enter your shipping information, along with
any special instructions, and the program will go next to
our "secure server" so you can enter you
credit card information.
"SSL" must be enabled in order to load the
"secure" server page for entering credit card details. If you
are having trouble entering your credit card information, please call us

If for some reason you leave our site, or get logged off, your
personal shopping cart will conveniently remember for up to two hours
what you had in it last, and start from where you left of.

mail
use our shopping cart the same way. When ready to check
out you will select the option "order by mail" instead of
credit card, and the program will display an order form with all your
items on it that you can just print out, and then send it along with your payment (check or money order) to :

Every order is
generally confirmed within 24 -48 hours via a personal phone
call or email.
If you don't want to be called ( if for example the item you
purchase is a gift for someone in your household and you don't
want to risk giving the surprise away), please indicate in the

unless the item you purchased is "made to order" or

Charges are always kept to a minimum: We charge shipping and handling generally at cost, and the actual
shipping charge is based on weight. We will

RETURN POLICY: Call

Items to be returned have to be returned within 5 days from date of
receipt ( date of receipt is Postal Service delivery date ).

Volcano Gallery General Merchandise:
We will refund your money less shipping
within 48 hours of receipt of the item sent back to us, as long
as the item / packaging is returned undamaged and in resalable
condition.

Aloha Candy Company:
We will replace the item within 48 hours of receipt of the item
sent back to us, as long as the unused portion sent back is at
least 75% of original item shipped.
* Exception:
Custom "made to order" items are non-returnable.
