Built originally in the early 1900's by a prominent Hilo businessman for family and friends to spend their summers enjoying the cool mountain climate and the awesome eruption of Kilauea Volcano just three miles away, Bill and Antoinette Bullough have lovingly restored one of the village's oldest "plantation-style" homes. His gift for craftsmanship and her passion for afternoon tea have combined to create a special place for romance, relaxation and renewal. 		From the simple elegance of its furnishings to the inviting fireplace and sitting porches, the Volcano Teapot Cottage is the perfect place to relax and reflect on the day's adventures. Take a rain water bath and soak in the claw-footed tub supplied with Hawaiian sea salts to soothe those exhausted muscles after a day of exploring Hawaii's volcanic terrain.

		The main guest bedroom is decorated in a romantic Victorian style with a four poster bed. "Inviting and oh so romantic."
A private second guest bedroom features two twin beds in a lovely country cottage motif. Lots of room for two adults or children. Additional amenities included for your total comfort are, a separate laundry area with washer and dryer, two sitting porches, telephone, TV/VCR and croquet. A protected picnic area under the trees just steps out the door. There is also parking at your door.

Full amount is required to hold reservation
Checks must be received within one week of phone confirmation.
Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival date, payment will be refunded less 15%.
For cancellations received less than 30 days prior to arrival date, payment will be
forfeited unless dates can be rebooked.
No refunds or cancellations during holiday times.
