Master bedroom has a queen and 1 twin bed, plus 1 simple day bed suited for a small child, private bath.
Second bedroom has a queen bed and private bath across the hall.

Living room with fireplace, TV, VCR, stereo and phone. Excellent library of books and magazines. Family room with one futon bed for overflow. Gourmet kitchen, washer/dryer available for your use free of charge. ( Bring your own detergent).

There are always fresh tropical flowers in the house for your enjoyment and lots of firewood for the fireplace.   

* For stays of 3 nights or more we will be happy to provide some complimentary breakfast fixings ( our gift to you) .  Breakfast fixings may include coffee, tea, hot chocolate, pancake mix, syrup, bread / bagels, eggs, butter / jam, juice, etc.  ( exact items may vary depending on local availability). 

We also supply all linens, toilet paper, family size shampoo / shower soap, hand-soap, dish liquid and starter supply of paper towels.

Deposit / Payment:

Credit card # to guarantee reservation.  Payment is due upon arrival.  We greatly prefer payment by check , traveler's check, or cash upon arrival, but you can also pay by Credit Card ( Visa, MC, Amex ).

Cleaning Fee:

NONE  if staying 2 nights or more
$45 for single night stay

Cancellation
Policy:

14 days 
* No Charge / full refund of deposit if cancelled at least two weeks prior to arrival.  If cancelled less than two weeks in advance full payment is due for any days we can not re-book to someone else..       
Reservations for 4 days or more have a 30 day  cancellation period.

Smoking / Pets:

The Volcano Forest House is a non-smoking vacation home.  No pets are allowed.
