Attached to the house is a wonderful covered deck
that is perfect for relaxing and taking in the lush forest surrounding
you. Enjoy a nice hot Jacuzzi after a long day of
hiking. This deck is totally private. NO NEIGHBOR behind or next
to this house. With the FREE wireless internet we provide you can
even bring your computer outside and research your next day's
adventures.
Relax on the covered porch overlooking your own
private lava tube!
The living room features a nice gas fireplace keeping
you nice and warm during out cool mountain nights in the winter time.
There is a queen size futon couch for and add'l sleeping space.
The kitchen is fully equipped with electric stove,
coffee machine, toaster ,blender,
microwave, refrigerator/freezer and all pots and pans and dishes you may
need.
The master bedroom features a queen size bed.
Wake up to the sounds of our many songbirds and the lush forest
surrounding you. A wonderful peaceful setting.
The comfortable 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds
The Jacuzzi / Hot tub is always ready to be enjoyed
and we usually keep it at 101F, which is a nice "staying" temperature.

The Mauna Loa Cottage is located right in Volcano
, just a couple minute drive from Hawaii Volcanoes National Park.
New furniture and a gas fireplace make this house a very comfortable and charming
place to stay. The cottage is totally private and the property is surrounded by tall Ohia Trees and
beautiful Tree Ferns.
A perfect place for
the budget traveler, or a family with two kids. (The yard is perfect
for kids to play in) .... this house even has its own private mini lava
tube...
The kitchen is fully equipped with all dishes, pots
& pants, toaster, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine.
There is also a washer and dryer at the
house for your use. There is cable TV , and the flat-screen
TV is located in the master bedroom.
..and yes, at this price there is even a full size Jacuzzi under a
covered deck for your enjoyment.... This place is a great deal.
