For stays of 3 nights or more we will be happy to provide some complimentary breakfast fixings ( our gift to you) . Breakfast fixings may include coffee, tea, hot chocolate, pancake mix, syrup, bread / bagels, eggs, butter / jam, juice, etc. ( exact items may vary depending on local availability). (For single or two night stays optional breakfast fixings are available at an additional charge). There are always fresh tropical flowers in the house for your enjoyment and lots of firewood for the fireplace.

Credit card # to guarantee reservation, or one night deposit check. Payment is due upon arrival. We prefer payment by check upon arrival, but you can also pay by Credit Card ( Visa, MC, Amex ), traveler's check, or cash

Cleaning Fee:

NONE if staying at least 2 nights
Single night stay : 1-2 people + 40, 3-4 people $50, 5-6 people $60

Cancellation
Policy:

14 days
* No Charge / full refund of deposit if cancelled at least two weeks prior to arrival. If cancelled less than two weeks in advance full payment is due for any days we can not re-book to someone else..
Reservations for 4 days or more have a 30 day cancellation period.

Smoking / Pets:

The Historic La Capanna is a non-smoking vacation home. No pets are allowed.

A couple of minutes drive from the entrance to the Hawaii Volcanoes National Park to explore the active Volcano and see hot lava.

30 minutes to Punaluu Black Sand Beach where you will find lots of Sea Turtles

30 minutes drive to Hilo to go swimming,

40 minutes to visit botanical gardens and waterfalls.
