From every detail of the tropical decor, to the breathtaking full on ocean view the moment you enter.

Fully Appointed Kitchen As you enter, your first reaction is "wow"! Your dilemma becomes, forget the Lu'au I think I'll spend my whole vacation right here! Meticulously done with you, our guests, in mind. This retreat is truly a vacation sanctuary in all ways!

Our Policies:

(Note: Upon confirming your reservation we will send you a "reservation acknowledgement"  which must be received back with your signature within 7 days, else reservation will be cancelled.)

A $300 reservation deposit must be received within seven days of making your reservation or the reservation will be cancelled. Full payment is required 60 days prior to your arrival or the reservation will be subject to cancellation. If a reservation is made less than 60 days from the arrival date, full payment is required at the time the reservation is made.

With each reservation, upon arrival, your booking deposit becomes an excessive cleaning and damage deposit. These deposits may be retained if the rules of the house are not adhered to or if there is damage done by any member or guest of your party.

These deposits must be paid by personal check or money order at least 30 days prior to occupancy. No key pick-up information will be issued to you or your party until the damage deposit and full payment is received and the funds have cleared the bank. No Postal money orders PLEASE. Deposits are subject to change without prior notice and Ironman Guests may be required to pay additional damage deposits.

• We must be notified 45 days prior to your expected arrival to insure any refund.
  
• If the unit in question is re-rented, a refund will be made, subject to a $100.00 cancellation fee. If it remains unoccupied, the funds will be retained. For your consideration, a one time, cancellation option will be credited toward future dates if you so wish. These new dates must be used within a year of the original date or the forfeiture clause is in effect.
  
• After your arrival, shortened stays will receive no refunds.
