Generally orders are shipped the next business day after you place your order, unless you request a specific delivery date ( enter your requested delivery date in the comment field on order form). 

We ship Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

The latest you can place your order is as follows:

We ship Thursday for Friday Delivery via Next DAY shipping
 ( +$15)  *** ONLY TO California and most parts of Washington, Oregon, Arizona, Nevada, Utah, Idaho and portions of Colorado including Denver.  ( FedEx / UPS does not offer Next Day Service to other States from Hawaii. ) 

We ship Thursday for SATURDAY Delivery via 2nd DAY shipping
 ( +$15)  ***not available to all areas.
** Saturday delivery is not available in California
due to agricultural shipping restrictions

* Note that last minute shipping might require us to substitute flowers based on availability.  However, recipient would always receive flowers of equal or higher value.  Also, please note that orders to California may be subject to delay due to random agricultural inspections. You should order your flowers at least 24-48 hours in advance prior to your desired shipping date.   If you order "last minute" by the dates below we will do everything in our power to get your flowers out to be delivered by your requested delivery date, but due to the volume of orders we receive we can not guarantee it.

IMPORTANT ! - New Fedex / UPS rules:  
Fedex and UPS will leave all flowers at the delivery point WITHOUT requiring signature to prevent having to come back another day if nobody is home.  If you do want someone to sign for the flowers, Fedex/UPS will do so at an additional charge of $2.00.   It is always best to let the recipient know to expect a package with Fedex/UPS, so someone is available to receive the flowers.

TROPICAL FLOWERS  - SHIPPING INFORMATION:

We recommend all West Coast Orders be shipped via FedEx Standard Overnight  (+$10.00), or Priority Overnight (+$15.00) which delivers in most areas by 12 noon. This will cut down your shipping transit by one day, which will get the flowers to their destination the fastest way possible.  For more information please see below.

All orders are being winter wrapped in foam during cold season for an additional $5.00 . This will all help ensure freshness and flowers from freezing. Here is a weather map (outside link) to help you take a look around the nation.

Shipping Policy

• All orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS 2^nd Day Service.   FedEx does not include weekend days in the delivery commitment except for Priority service, which includes Saturday.  Zip codes designated as “rural” by FedEx require one extra day for delivery.  We can not ship Saturday Delivery to California as their Agricultural Inspection offices are closed on Saturdays.
   

• Shipping Dates:

  • We ship Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday via Next Day "or" 2nd Day

  • We ship Thursday via Next Day to Western United States or for Saturday Delivery if.  Next Day or Saturday Delivery at an additional charge does have to be requested with your order.

  • We do not ship flowers over the weekend ( IE: Thursday or Friday Shipping for Monday Delivery ), as the flowers would sit in a UPS or FedEx warehouse which are not necessarily temperature controlled. The length of time in transit and the risk of the flowers not getting to their destination in perfect condition is just too high.  If you flower order is not received in time to be delivered by the end of the week your order will be shipped the following Monday.
    

• Upgraded service is an extra cost option.  Standard Overnight Service is one day quicker than 2^nd Day Service and delivered in the afternoon (+$10).  Priority Service is delivered in the morning and includes Saturday delivery ($15).  FedEx requires one additional day for all zip codes designated as “rural deliveries”.  Call 1-800-GO-FEDEX to check on your zipcode.
  

• Street addresses and zip codes are required.  FedEx does not accept PO Box addresses. We urge you to include phone numbers with your delivery address.
  

• Western States include: California, Washington, Oregon, Arizona, Nevada, Utah, Idaho and portions of Colorado including Denver.
  

• Orders shipped to California are subject to delay due to random inspections conducted by the California Department of Agriculture plant quarantine division.
