hope it will help you find the perfect vacation rental or Bed & Breakfast

All rates are based on
double occupancy ( Rate for 2 people).
Each additional person
staying at a rental is charged an usually $15-$20 additional. This
way of charging is customary for virtually all of the Volcano area.
Some places may offer a discount for children, depending on age, and
some places may offer a multi night stay or weekly discount.
During holiday and main
event times we may have a 3 night minimum stay.
We will be
happy to assist you get a great place at a great rate. Just call

Vacation Rental
Management
Volcano Lodging is Volcano's Premier Vacation Rental Operator. We
do not "property manage" the locations, but we are the
actual operator of all of our rentals. We operate each
vacation rental under a partnership agreement with the owner of
the property which enables us to provide 1st class service to
all of our guests.
The property owners brings the location to the partnership,
whereas we provide a complete one stop 24/7 vacation rental
hotel type operation which is a lot more involved than a
traditionally so-called "property manger". It is most
important to us that all our guests enjoy their stay and we are
always happy to go out of our way if necessary to make sure each
guest is satisfied with their accommodations.
We only provide transient short term accommodations ( less than
30 days).
If you do have an upscale house with character in Volcano we
would love to talk with you and discuss how we can work together
to make your special property into a successful vacation rental.
