The following link brings you to the County Website for a complete directory of all Parks on the Big Island of Hawaii.  It makes it also possible to book a campsite at any of the 11 Hawaii County Parks and pay via credit card:

After booking and paying for the reservation online, you can
print the permit and take it to the park without having to go
to any P & R office.  Please read the instructions and rules
